How to Use

• Wash your hands before handling the pad.
• Remove the protective film and place the gel side over the nipple area.
• Before breastfeeding, remove the pad and clean the breast with warm water. Dry thoroughly before feeding.
• Each pad can be reused for up to 24 hours under normal use.
• Replace the pad if it becomes cloudy, milky white, discolored, or contaminated.
• Store in a cool, dry place. For extra cooling relief, refrigerate before use (do not freeze).
